This is always the awkward part. Whether it’s a film, book, or even the first time you meet someone, the beginning is guaranteed to be mixed with apprehension, anticipation and questions; so many damn questions.
As the questions swirl, some answered, some remaining aloof, opinions start to form and decisions are quickly made – it is, as the old adage would have you believe, important to make a good first impression.
Being relatively late to the party, I have had plenty of opportunities to trawl through my favourite Blogs, websites and other online goodies to see what “works” and what simply “doesn’t”. That said, in an online world where nothing is set in stone, the rules are always changing and the goal posts are ever moving, but I guess that’s what keeps it interesting.
So without further ado, I will bring this first and admittedly quite dull entry to an end. Future posts will be littered with links, track-backs and everything and anything else I can dream up to keep them interesting, so please do drop by from time to time to say hello or let me know what you think.
